Judi Richardson
Judi is the principal of Richardson Management Inc., a strategic consultancy established in 1998 and re-booted in 2005 to help organizations articulate and achieve their vision. RMI focuses on critical areas such as Vision & Values, Strategy and Leadership as well as Board Performance and Executive Coaching. Diverse clients have included HSBC Capital (now Fulcrum Capital Partners), COBS Breads and the UBC Department of Electrical & Computer Engineers. Judi also consults with Tekara Organizational Effectiveness Inc. on larger projects including the Calgary Airport Authority, Northwest Territories Power Corporation and Vancity.
Armed with an MBA from York University and the drive of a former Canadian National Ski Team member, Judi has held leadership positions in several organizations including ACNielsen, Scott Paper, Dairyworld, Starbucks and KremeKo Inc. where she spearheaded the record-breaking Canadian launch of Krispy Kreme as VP Marketing & Business Development.
With over thirty years of experience, Judi is a certified executive coach through Royal Roads University and a certified corporate director through the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD.D). She currently Chairs Mountain Equipment Coop (MEC), is the active past Chair of Parkinson Canada and serves on the Boards of Naturally Homegrown Foods Ltd. and MediaValet Inc. (TSX-V).
When not driving businesses forward, Judi spends time with her family and friends – much of it on the slopes and greens or simply sipping fine red wine!
