She Summits + NSMBA

Dig Day

An opportunity for young womxn to connect with female leaders in the Trail Building community.

This trail day is led by womxn and focuses on engaging those who identify as female in mentorship, learning, and fun! Everyone is welcome to attend, including people of all genders and ages. We want this to be a multi-generational event.

Female trail builders will teach you about trail maintenance best practices and lead you in trail work on the new adaptive mountain bike loop.

Sunday, October 20th

Old Buck Trailhead

9am - 12:30pm

More details below and on the NSMBA Registration page.

Come get dirty with our community to build our trails on the shore even better! We will have some really wonderful womxn trail builders leading this for us at the Old Buck Trailhead and it will be an empowering morning with shovels in hands, new and old friends nearby and a great way to fit in a workout on Sunday Morning.

You'll want to be sure you have appropriate clothing for the weather (close-toed shoes / waterproof layers / warm layers), as well as a backpack with a water bottle. We'll supply work gloves, but feel free to bring your own. Tools provided.

To save time at the trailhead, please visit the NSMBA website to download, print and sign the waiver through link below.

If you're curious and not quite ready to register, learn more about NSMBA digs HERE.
