Are you aching to feel good in your body? Strong, free, mobile, empowered? The way you felt when you were a child - running around with freedom of movement and no fears of pulling muscles or tweaking a joint?
Join us to both restore the movement you've lost over the years AND to gain the strength, mobility, control, and joy that we all yearn for.
As a chiropractor and movement educator, Carla will be cue the classes carefully for those of all ages and abilities. Variations will be offered for each exercise to support those with injuries or older creaky bodies. The number one goal of these classes is to improve our quality of movement.
When we move well, we feel great and have the capacity to get out and do the things we love.

Let's diversify our movement practices, exploring movement we haven't tried and movement we have yearned to try. Do we want to be experts in one particular type of movement or enjoy a plethora of movement styles, that allow our mindbody to develop and grow, just like we're children again.

We're fortunate to have guest teachers from around the globe who have trained, competed, taught all over the world at the top of their game. We have teachers who care about movement for reasons that resonate with us... we can't wait for you to meet them!
WHAT YOU NEED TO PARTICIPATE FOR MOST CLASSES:
Access to Zoom
An open floor space (~4-6' squared)
10 lbs that can be held between your two hands about shoulder-width apart
Weight between 10-80lbs (depending on strength) ideally dumbells
A nearby chair, ottoman, bench or couch
Two objects you can hold in your hands that are around 2-3lbs each
*Each class will be slightly different. You will receive notifications of new props required before each class. You will always be given a household alternative to a piece of gym equipment.
Pay what you can. We recommend a minimum of $5/class, but if you can't swing that - we're here for you right now and know you will pay when you can.
We will record classes, but they will only be available to stream online for 7 days post-class.
