Big news! Our team is growing. We're hiring at the She Summits Forum for a part-time commission-based ‘Impact Partner’ to help grow our B2B sales in the Lower Mainland.
We are an impact-driven community platform that reduces female burnout and champions women in the workplace. We are a female-founded and run start-up on a mission to ignite the untapped potential within 1 million self-identifying women by 2025.
Our business is primarily B2B, selling memberships to organizations to support their female staff. The She Summits Forum platform provides access to coaching, industry experts, powerful short films, online community, tools, and meaningful resources to help women reduce burnout and thrive in work and life.
Job Description
As an Impact Partner, you will be leading our B2B sales in BC’s Lower Mainland, selling memberships to organizations in target industries. Your primary role will be ensuring that defined monthly and annual sales targets are achieved and that relationship metrics are met. An ideal skill-set would include strong account management, business development, and relationship-based sales experience.
As our first Impact Partner in a growing startup, you will also play a key role in how the position is shaped, as we prepare to launch Impact Partners across Canada in 2023.
Responsibilities
Ensure monthly and annual sales targets are achieved by targeting clients in the Lower Mainland
Develop new business in line with targets
Represent the She Summits Forum values in all dealings with Clients and Members
Respond to quote requests in adherence with company procedures
Lead and/or participate in in-person or virtual client presentations and sales calls and onboarding workshops
Maintain and develop relationships with existing company clients by providing outstanding service and support
Identify prospects and pass leads to She Summits Forum where appropriate
Give input and feedback on sales assets and training provided by She Summits Forum
Skills

Ability to communicate via telephone and email and build rapport quickly
Presentable and conducted in face-to-face meetings
Strong networking skills
Motivated self-starter, persistent, and resilient
Ability to create and present marketing material
Working knowledge and familiarity with Zoom and Google Meet presentations
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in any field
3+ years front line sales experience, preferably gained in a highly transactional B2B sales environment with a consistent track record of hitting sales targets
Interest in empowering women and being part of an impact-driven startup
Familiarity with and corporate connections in the following industries is a bonus: hospitality, healthcare, wellness, finance
Preferred Qualifications
Travel may be required to in-person meetings in the Lower Mainland. The ideal candidate is located in the Vancouver or Sea to Sky area.
Compensation
This is a commission-only position with a competitive commission structure.
You will receive a 40% commission on each sale. Based on our conservative goals, your compensation would equate to approximately $40 per hour x 10 hours per week.
As a fast-growing start-up, it is our intention that this will grow into a position with a base salary plus commission. You will help shape this role and contribute your knowledge, as we shape the future Impact Partner roles across Canada.
